United Kingdom Distance Learning Funding announced- http://www.emediawire.com/releases/2009/6/prweb2581744.htm The Obama Plan-Obama Administration pushing to fund Community College creation of online courses. Community colleges and high schools would receive federal funds to create free, online courses in a program that is in the final stages of being drafted by the Obama administration. A formal announcement could come in the next few weeks.
